Turn a business need into a platform, evolve the architecture inside a system that is already live, and carry the project through to actual use.
September 2024 to today, Arcueil
Autodistribution / Parts Holding Europe
Tech lead, product architect. Team: 5 engineers, 1 QA, 3 product owners.
Context and stakes
The group runs digital transformation programs: a site factory, middleware, automation, and continuity for applications already in production. Business teams need new tools (partner garages, a product reference, brand sites) without breaking the existing system.
My role
I own the product architecture, coordinate the team, and support decisions through to go-live. I decide how new products fit into the existing information system.
What the team ships
- Partner-garage platform (PayloadCMS), integrated into the existing application ecosystem.
- Bodywork catalog: a European product reference, a single source feeding several ERPs.
- Site factory (PayloadCMS, Next.js, Storybook) with SSO, media, and modular-page plugins.
- Kong middleware to keep continuity with Progilciel (XML ↔ JSON).
- Cursor working standards for PayloadCMS and NestJS, multi-Jira tracking, and automated Confluence reports.
Outcome
These efforts have been underway since September 2024. They structure the group platforms and the support of a mixed product-and-tech team.
-
CMS foundation and site factory: about 12 months. Building the foundation, the plugins, and the design system.
-
Catalog interface reusing those building blocks: about 8 months. More complex than a CMS, but it relies on those blocks.
-
Later projects: 1 to 3 months depending on the adaptations. We reuse rather than invent, with the same approach.
-
Shared libraries and plugins pool the fixes: analysis and correction, which used to take several days, now take a few hours.
January 2021 to today, Bazainville: founding Supralab
Supralab / MomentLabs
Founder, product and AI architect. Supralab is the studio behind MomentLabs.
Context and vision
An event (wedding, reception, seminar) scatters information quickly: budget, guests, vendors, tasks, photos, screens. The goal: connect operations and the participant experience in one platform, software and hardware.
My role
I own the subject end to end: vision, architecture, UX, web / mobile / TV, AI, hardware, and industrialization. MomentLabs products have been built progressively since Supralab was created.
The path: prepare, capture, display
The uses follow one another: prepare the event, capture contributions, show them on site, then find them again in a shared space.
The organizer centralizes decisions, guests, vendors, budget, tasks, and content in a shared space. It is the entry point for finding media after the event.
Guests send photos and videos from their phones. Contributions join the event media space, linked to MomentHub.
Content from MomentShot and MomentPhone is shown on a large screen: live, slideshow, or photo wall, from the MomentHub space.
Equip: Phone, Tablet, Booth
MomentPhone: a capture device for photos and video messages, retrieved with a QR code.
MomentTablet: a nomadic format (entrance, bar, circulation).
MomentBooth: a dedicated booth, easy to spot at the venue.
For professionals
Two platforms for event vendors: be found by organizers, then make their decoration equipment available.
Professionals sign up and gain visibility. MomentHub clients find vendors there, send them a request, and exchange messages.
MomentRent: in progress
The platform will let professionals publish their decoration items. Organizers will be able to compose their decoration, add items to a cart, and book.
Outcome
One platform connects preparation, capture, on-site display, and matching with vendors. The products are presented on
momentlabs.fr.

FDJ United
Engineering Manager & Tech Lead. Sports-betting platforms, about 40 people, 5 teams.
Context
The sports-betting platforms connect the point of sale, the web, and a service stack. Delivery has to stay reliable, in a regulated, high-traffic environment.
My role
Tech lead first, then cross-team coordination. Architecture, delivery tooling, and follow-up on the quality of what ships.
What shipped
- Go-live of Parions Sport Point de vente with server-side rendering (SSR).
- Kafka / BFF / workers stack, and a contributor CMS.
Delivery tooling
- SemVer and changelog, OAS3 generation from Inversify to SwaggerHub, local simulator of the production stack.
Outcome
Technical leadership, then cross-team management, for three years and eight months. Parions Sport rebuilt in one year, including the
Parions Sport Point de vente site.
-
With the tools and practices put in place (SemVer, changelog, local simulator, OAS generation), incident analysis and fixes on the sports-betting platforms went from several days to a few hours.
-
The full delivery process (version preparation, validation, and deployment) went from 3 days to about 2 hours.
